Bronze Package (10 days of care)

• 30 day rental of equipment that will speed up recovery while reducing pain.
• 3 in -home post surgical visits; Change bandages, check temperature, start physical therapy, monitor swelling, answer questions
• 6 in office physical therapy visits

Silver Package (15 days of care)

All of what is included in the Bronze Package plus:

• 2 additional in home physical therapy sessions (5 total)
• In-home nurse for 12 hours (first night home from hospital)
• 2 additional in office physical therapy visits (8 total)

Gold Package (30 days of care)

All of what is included in the Silver Package plus:

• In hospital set up of cooling and compression unit
• 5 additional in home physical therapy visits (10 total)
• 3 days of in home nursing (36 Hours)
• Concierge services for 10 days
• In-home delivery of fresh juice and food for 10 days
• 4 additional in office physical therapy visits (12 total)
